We’ve made it easier for businesses to keep their ownership information up to date. Now, companies can add additional beneficial owners after completing their initial Know Your Business (KYB) verification. This is especially helpful if any beneficial owners were missed during the initial KYB process, allowing for updates without redoing the entire verification.
How it works:
- Navigate to the business details page, click the “…” menu in the top right corner, and select “Request more information.” From there, you can request additional beneficial owners and choose a current beneficial owner to receive the link to update this information.
- The designated beneficial owner will be able to add new beneficial owners and adjust the ownership stakes of all existing beneficial owners, if needed.
